Falling forever...
I can't breathe.
The ground seems to be nowhere below me.
Infinite gliding in chaos and panic;
Will anyone catch me?
Could I continue to cascade without end?
There's a sudden ringing in my ear.
Such a ghastly sound, I must be dead!
Warmth.
I've stopped.
No longer do I fall.
I landed on something soft?...
Now, the space is shifting.
My body is being lifted, yet I am held in place.
I open my eyes, but cannot see.
Something is pressed against my face.
My heart is pounding from the fall, I guess.
Could that be my heart beating so fast?
Heavy breathing in my ear.
It can't be myself that I hear!
Has an angel rescued me?
Finally, I start to see..
Gentle whispers in my hair tell me there's nothing to fear.
But, who holds me so near?
I know this love which binds me!
It's his heart that finds me.
I realize now, that I shall never fall again.
Because, I fell for him.
