Then pain of your skin losing feeling as it freezes is bitter. You look around only to find that all is covered in a blanket soft and white. Then, slowly chills shake through your bones. Appreciating the way it gently falls from the sky, you simply stand in the parade of gorgeous flakes as they dance to the ground. The harsh way that the wind has scraped your body makes you run to the comfort of a warm fireplace. Only moments outside can chase even the most awe stricken admirer to seek shelter. How long are you willing to stare into the beauty as the world is being ripped apart without anyone to repair it? The breaking is the most captivating part.
Tears slide down lonely faces and plop onto the earth. But, not even love can fix the mistakes that have been so easily overlooked. Sitting in solitude, what is it that I have done? Do you understand the depth to which my love shall not waver? You don't ever have to face this life alone.
